How Can We Help?
Presto Player
Media Hub
The media hub is a more flexible way to add media to your site. It allows you to save audio and videos which you can later use in any post or page on your site – either through the Block Editor, a page builder, or by using a shortcode or php function.
How to Add a New Video Using Presto Player
It’s actually very easy to add a new Presto video to your content, but if you haven’t done it in a while, there might be a little confusion as to the best way to do so. As a reminder, here are the two ways:
1
Click “Add New” in the Presto Player Media Hub Page to Add a “Reusable” Video
The Media Hub gives you a list of all of your reusable videos which you can add:
- Outside of a WordPress Gutenberg block editor using the unique shortcode or a PHP code provided in Media Hub
- Inside of WordPress Gutenberg block editor using Presto Player button (top menu item)
PROS
- The video will be easy to find and edit in the Media Hub.
- You can easily make edits to video settings in one place, and it will effect all versions of the video used all over your website.
CONS
- Some may find it takes longer than desired to add a video this way with the few extra steps required.
- If you only intend to use the video in one place on your entire website, it may seem “silly” to have it accessible in your Media Hub too.

How to Add a Previous (Re-Useable) Presto Player Video
